This store has nothing to do with the signage and does not offer what is available on tags. When you question it several employees will come and offer help contradicting each other

I absolutely love coming here whenever I need supplies for my DIY projects. The aisles are always packed with so many creative options, from seasonal decor to fabric and framing materials. I could honestly spend hours just walking around looking for inspiration. The store is usually very clean, well-organized, and I always manage to find exactly what I need at a great price. It is definitely my go-to spot for everything crafty.

Every time I go the line to check out is so long! It's hard to find an employee for questions also. The cashier stopped checking people out in my line and did a return for somebody who was not even there. And everything was done by hand, returns on paper, no scanning of products, all typed in by hand, it takes forever. I feel like I'm back 40 years ago

Love hobby lobby BUT…. When I went on Saturday, they were about to close so naturally everyone went to check out and the lady that was checking me out (skinny girl with dark hair) was talking crap about the customers to what I’m assuming was a manger (bigger lady named Carlee I think) and another guy. Talking about how everyone needs to get the heck out and how she wants to tell people to go home when they come in and when the manager was telling customers that the line was open, she was like oh my gosh stop telling them to come over here I don’t want to deal with them . They just need to go the hell home. Like how freaking rude could you be? They need to re-evaluate the people that they’ve hired because that is unacceptable. I would have been embarrassed to be the manager but she didn’t care. She was agreeing with her. I understand wanting to go home because we all get that way but come on. Use some common sense and don’t talk crap about customers when we are literally standing right there. I wish I would have gotten her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag.

Today, I had 3 items which needed a creative person to help me select colors. Janet did a fabulous job with selecting frame...as well. The store is both clean and inviting. The staff is very professional. Aisles are not jammed with stuff like the old days. Space to shop...! I liked the same frame for two photos going to friends.
